How is user and patient data protected and secured?
How does AI-powered report drafting work?
AI analyses your collateral information and generates comprehensive clinical language in each section of your report based on your clinical reasoning and prompts. You can refine the AI-generated content, add your professional insights, and customise the format to meet your specific requirements. Chat with your collateral evidence to collate the necessary clinical inputs for your desired style of output.
Can I save my reports as I go?
Yes, you can save your reports as drafts at any stage. Simply click “Save Draft” and you can continue working on them later from the “Draft Reports” section in your dashboard.
How do I customise report templates?
Build your table of contents in the first sidebar on the left to access and customise report templates. You can modify sections, add custom fields, and create your own templates that align with your practice requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Australian bank transfers, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Link with secure processing through Stripe. You can update your payment method anytime in your account profile/Stripe portal.
Can I change my billing cycle?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing cycles. Yearly subscriptions come with a discount. Changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
Failed payments are automatically retired with email notifications sent. Your account stays active for 7 days while you update your payment method.
